November 13th

I have been drawing a sunflower and shading it to give it depth. I looked up a drawing of a sunflower and copied  the basic shape but added the shading in after I was done. I think I’m getting better at shading and learning how to do with a light source in  mind. It is just a little hard to make all the shading even because it’s really easy to go overboard. I need to work on doing a little at a time and go slower. Also by the end of the drawing I was getting lazy and sloppy because I just wanted to be done already. I need to build stamina while I draw so I don’t get tired of doing it. I’m getting a little tired of drawing and loosing motivation. Nothing is really inspiring me to do my best while I am drawing.
